experience and results with Leadership Development
Jennie Jordan is a consultant specializing in leadership training, executive
coaching, team building and organizational development. She has worked with
executives and leaders in corporate, government and non-profit environments for
ten years, most notably at Callaway Golf from 1997 thru 2001. Projects included
job retention, downsizing, consolidation, building teams and creating
communication bridges between divisions. Training Magazine named the Callaway
Training and Development Department one of the top 100 training departments in
the United States in 2001 and specifically acknowledged Foundations of
Leadership, a 26-course curriculum designed and facilitated by Jennie. Her
passion is to help businesses impact the bottom line by identifying and
developing the natural talents of individuals, teams and leaders. Jennie has a
degree in Speech Communications from Point Loma University and is accredited to
administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and as a Career Transition Counselor.
