| Feedback
Basics
Course Overview:
It's not
what you say; it's how you say it. Effective feedback is dependent
on the sender understanding the impact of how they
deliver the message. The words you choose and the way you deliver
your message can create inspired, productive employees or it can
destroy morale, relationships and motivation.
Using
current employees that are exceeding your expectations as a working
model, you will learn and practice the elements of positive feedback
that turn generic praise into a motivational tool. Using current
employees that are not performing up to standard as your working
model, you will learn and practice corrective feedback techniques
that stop undesired behavior, keep your relationship with the
employee intact and increase his/her motivation. You will leave
training, with the ability to praise those who are positively
impacting the bottom line and to change the behavior of those who
are not, immediately!
